FAQs
I’m ready to use your service what do I need to do to prepare?
It’s worth having a think about the kinds of personal objects you’d like to include in your photographs. Once you’ve booked a shoot, I’ll set up a Trello™ Board so that we can share ideas and we’ll talk together in depth on our Zoom™ call.
Will my things be safe?
Yes - I’ll take extra-special care of your objects. Package them securely and send them to me via registered post and I’ll carefully repackage and send them back by registered post when I’m done.
How will I receive my images?
I will send your images to you by WeTransfer™. You'll receive them as high-resolution jpegs cropped to the specific sizes you need for your site, your social media channels, your newsletter, your blog, etc.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes please. I always ask for a 50% deposit on booking to secure your shoot date.
What about extra props and/or backgrounds?
I have a lot of props and backgrounds in my studio that you might want to include alongside your own things. You can ask me about these when we speak.
